Shipping / Tax Information
We offer FREE shipping via USPS priority mail for domestic orders as well as shipping via UPS Ground or Air if you need it sooner. You will be able to choose your shipping options and see the final price directly from the shopping cart before you check out. If you need special shipping considerations, please contact us. International shipping is available via USPS Global or UPS. We are required to charge tax for orders delivered to California only. All orders are shipped from our facility in Santa Clara, CA.

Order Tracking
We provide real-time order tracking. After you place your order, you will receive a link in the confirmation email to track the status of your order as it gets processed. You will also be given a tracking number depending on your shipping method so you can continue to track the order once it ships.
Return Policy / 30 Day Guarantee
We are so confident that you will love your No Drip Umbrella®, that we are offering a conditional 30 day money back guarantee. That is, we will accept returns and refund your purchase price in full, excluding shipping, within 30 days from the date of your purchase. You may return your purchase for any reason except for damage caused by you or anything other than standard wear and tear. For example, if the umbrella suddenly stops opening, we will be happy to refund your money or replace it. However, if you run over the umbrella with your car, we cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs and will not accept returns in such cases.

Processing Returns
If you would like to return your No Drip Umbrella® within the 30 day return period, please fill out all the fields in the following form. We will get back to you via email and give you an RMA # that you must include with your return. We are unable to process returns if this number is missing. Once you receive this number, simply include it with your return and ship it back to us using any method that you prefer.
